1. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Since all of our product is being shipped directly from our suppliers, please allow 7-14 days for delivery. If you've not received your order after 4 weeks, please send an email to our office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. What is your return policy?
We hope you love your purchase, but we also understand that sometimes orders can go wrong, or you just didn’t get what you expected. With online shopping, returns can get a little messy, so we’ve taken the hassle out of online shopping with a simple, straightforward, no-refund, exchange-only or store-credit-only policy for any item purchased in our store. If you would like to exchange a purchased item, please see below for specific exchange conditions:
- If the product you received was damaged, please email our office with a photo and description of the damage.
- If you have not received your order within 4 weeks, please email our office and we will verify the status of your order.
- If the product you received was not the product you ordered, please email our office with a photo and description of the received product.
- If the product you received was not as described, please email our office with a photo and description of the received product.
- If you simply did not like your purchase or ordered the wrong size, please email our office, and we will replace it for you with any product of the same and equal value in our store.
- If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you. You can either wait for the back order or replace order with any product of the same and equal value in our store.
- Unfortunately, some good things do come to an end. Please note that our exchange policy is not valid after 60 days from the date of your purchase. Anything reported after that does not qualify for an exchange.
- Use your exchanges wisely. In order to prevent fraudulent activity, exchanges are limited to 3 times per person per year.
- If you wish to receive future store credit instead of an exchange, we will issue you an Embark Travel Store Gift Card as long as supplies are available. Please note store credits are limited to 3 times per person per year.
- And the best part...You don’t have to mail anything to us ever! As long as the above criteria is met, you will not be required to physically return the item in order to make an exchange.
- No Cost Exchange Shipping. That’s right! If you decide to exchange a qualified item with us, we will ship the new item to you for free.
- Simple solution for everyone. To avoid complicating the order and fulfillment process, please do not mail the product back to manufacturer.
3. What if I have questions about my order?
For all questions and inquiries, please email our office at email@example.com, and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
4. How much do I pay for shipping?
If you live in the United States, shipping is FREE! If you are ordering from another country, please note some shipping costs may apply. You will be notified either by email or at checkout if international shipping rates are incurred.
5. Why is the item I purchased slightly different in color than the one I ordered?
Due to variations in screen monitors, handmade uniqueness, or individual suppliers, it is possible that on occasion you may receive an order that appears slightly different in color than the online product image.
6. If I purchase multiple products in one order, will they be mailed together or separately?
Because we work with many different suppliers, products within the same purchase order will be processed and shipped separately. (Yay for you! Separate shipments means more packages to open. Oh the excitement of receiving multiple packages in the mail...it’s just like Christmas!)
7. I’m wanting a certain product by a certain date. Do you have express shipping, and how much does that cost?
Because we work with an assortment of suppliers, we are not able to offer express shipping at this time. All US orders are processed at our standard free shipping rates with an estimated delivery of 1-2 weeks. All international orders are processed with our standard international shipping rates with various estimated delivery times.
8. Are all your products available to residents outside the US?
Because we work with an assortment of suppliers, not all of our products are available to be shipped outside of the US. Any product that is available to US customers only will be noted in the product description.
9. Do you handle customer service on all your products?
Because we do curate several products on our site from Amazon, please note that these products must be purchased directly on the Amazon site from the supplier. We do not handle customer service or returns for Amazon selected items.
